Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Please do not send items back without a Return Authorization Number.
Carefully package the item(s) and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
