Step 1: Check Return Policy
Before initiating a return, please ensure that your item meets our return policy criteria:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Step 3: Contact Us
Please email the required information to our customer service team at info@shophouseofgoods.com.
Step 4: Receive Return Authorization
Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Do not send items back without a Return Authorization Number.
Step 5: Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as House of Goods is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Customers must cover the cost of return shipping. If returning an item purchased via Klarna, Klarna will continue processing the payment plan until the return is processed.

Step 6: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Klarna will update your payment schedule accordingly if your return is approved.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
